This public offer sets out the general terms for IT services (website, Telegram bot, and ERP/CRM system development and implementation) provided by Kozimjon Hamidjonov.

The service price and payment stages (30% deposit, 30% after design approval, 30% on the test version, 10% at completion) are specified exactly in a written proposal for each project.

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client may affect the project timeline.

Once the finished project is delivered to the client, free technical support is provided for the agreed period (typically 1 month to 1 year, depending on the package).

Acceptance of this offer's terms is confirmed by ordering a project via Telegram or another communication channel.
